Refunds
Cancellation Period: Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account. Subscription orders must be canceled at least 3 days before your next delivery date in order to not be charged for that order. For individual orders, cancellation must be made at least 3 days before your delivery date.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds in most cases. In exceptional circumstances, we may consider partial refunds entirely at our own discretion.
Returns: We do not offer returns due to the perishable nature of our products. If you wish to return items we ask that you dispose of them responsibly.
Method of Refund: We do not offer refunds in most cases. If we deem a partial refund appropriate, it will be paid to the original payment card used to make the purchase.
Damaged/Defected/Incorrect Goods: If goods are damaged, defected, or incorrect on arrival you must retain the item and provide photographic evidence and contact us immediately at info@nulicious.de . Depending on the circumstances and entirely at our discretion, we would either replace the damaged products or provide a voucher for your next purchase.
